Dear Sir/Mdm, From your

Submitted by haniff on Tue, 15/12/2009 - 17:26.

Dear Sir/Mdm,

From your email, in general i can say that your product is green. But to really ensure that either you eligible or not perhaps you can submit the loan application to PTM ( the scheme will be commence effective from 1 Jan 2010). Once you submit your application (together with supporting docs) our technical team will asses the project prior for green certification issued to the company. Only with the green certification you can forward the real loan application to any participating bank under this scheme.

The loan amount is range from RM 10 mil - RM 50 mil per company ( for user or producer of GT). But as this GT project is supported by government, the scheme has set limitation for foreign participation in project / company i.e. producer company 49% of foreign controlled in company, user 30% of foreign controlled in company.

At bank, your company has to go through the normal loan process i.e. gearing ratio, security & collateral, etc ( at this stage bank has their sole discretion right to accept or to reject the application based on the capability of project to serve the loan, even though PTM has verified that the project is green) . The govt. guarantee will only be processed, once the loan approved and Letter of Offer accepted by borrower. Loan will be disbursed once guarantee letter issued by Credit Guarantee Corporation (CGC).

Submitted by haniff on Tue, 15/12/2009 - 14:12.

Dear Sir /Mdm,

I would to make an inquiry in regard with funding that the government have established. I am now in planning stage to erect a recycle plant in 2010. The reverse process of Pyrolysis which recycle Waste Oil, Waste Tyre and Waste Plastic to be convert to Diesel and Petrol hence liaising with one of China Technology Institute supported by their government establishing patented nano-technology producing zero emission carbon and environmental friendly.

Please advise me whether my company is eligible to get the Government Grant or Funding under the Renewable Energy Program or other government institute, the procedure and process throughout including the regulatory agency that I need to liaise. Thank you.

Regards,
I & G Network Sdn Bhd
